Boiler stopped working in Freezing Weather. Frozen Condense pipe

When temperatures are below 0C we recommend keeping your heating on all the time round the clock.

Just turn the thermostat down when you are out or going to bed. I would turn it down about 5 or so degrees lower than normal and in a really warm house I would turn the radiators off in the bedrooms, you don’t want to cook over night.

This should help prevent freezing pipes and boiler problems.  If you have a new ish boiler and it suddenly stops working you might not need a heating engineer – take a look at the Worcester boiler’s website:

Stay Warm!
